• The date and time of the visit

• Confirmation that the visit is part of the agreed services under your contract

Who Does Not Accept Payments?

• Accept any payment after installation is complete

The Sales Person is your dedicated advisor and project support contact throughout the entire process.

They are responsible for:

• Providing expert consultation

• Performing a roof inspection

• Showing samples and materials

• Helping you choose the right solution

• Preparing and signing the contract

All payment-related matters are handled exclusively through the Main Office.
